    • This is a memory from when I was 7. Left alone one night, I feared my mother would never come home and called 999, I panicked when I heard the operator and slammed the phone down … for a long time afterwards I feared the police would call my mother and tell her!!

    Ooooh, I can understand your fear 😦 And it’s really something how, when we’re kids our understanding of how some things work (like operators and police!) is limited but our imaginations aren’t!
